Named in honor of Verna Hazelrigg, who lost her life to breast cancer at age 36, the program continues her legacy of compassion and generosity. Learn more and access Verna’s Purse applications.

Livestrong Fertility Discount Program

Thanks to Livestrong, we are able to provide financial assistance to cancer patients seeking fertility preservation services. Correctly completed applications for assistance are generally processed rapidly by Livestrong and confirmation of acceptance is immediately sent by fax and/or e-mail to the applicant, the freezing center, ReproTech, as well as the oncologist. When viewing Search Results by tissue type, participating clinics will display Livestrong below the clinic contact information.

  • Heart for Heroes: The MDR Fertility Pharmacy Heart for Heroes program provides select Ferring Reproductive Health products at no cost for eligible infertile veterans and their spouses. 
  • Compassionate Corps (EMD Serono): Minimum 25% savings for active duty, veteran, or retired military, based on income.
