Reprotech has partnered with Matcher to deliver the industry’s most advanced complete-loop witnessing system. At the center is our proprietary Smartsleeve™—a device created to enhance identification, strengthen safety, and simplify electronic witnessing. SmartSleeve™ integrates seamlessly with IMT Matcher™’s barcode-based IVF witnessing and traceability system while fitting smoothly into existing clinic workflows.
The locking design secures specimen containers by fitting directly over existing canes, keeping labels visible for easy identification while minimizing the risk of dislodging vitrification devices or vials. Unlike competitor products, Smartsleeve™ is fully compatible with industry-standard labware, eliminating the need for additional equipment or added costs. With an integrated data matrix supporting RFID, barcode, and QR code technology, Smartsleeve™ ensures a complete and verifiable digital chain of custody from clinic to Reprotech and back again. It is also designed with broad compatibility to integrate within diverse electronic witnessing environments.

At the center of it all is Guardian—our proprietary monitoring and insights platform. Guardian integrates building management, process tracking, and incident response into a single, intelligent system, giving our staff the tools to respond quickly and effectively in any situation.
